Soup and some sphagetti sauce with my home grown zucchini. I’m eating light because I’m going to have a nice piece of delicious French butter cream Genoise cake afterwards.
Lunch, 4 eggs scrambled into a nice piece of chopped-up pork-fat. That meal, maybe 500-calories, is really filling and stays in the gut for quite a while.
