Today we had a Southwestern bean salad with garbanzos, and black beans, red onion, garlic, red pepper, corn, cilantro, avocado, serrano pepper, tomatoes, juice of 2 limes, a little oil, and S&P. Served with blue tortilla chips and a big glass of water.

Cabbage casserole made with link kielbasa, pungent onion, fresh sweet corn cut off the cob. Oil of bacon used to wilt the cabbage down in. Mine was topped with red pepper flakes. It's better when there is a pod of red jalapeno available.

A Massaged Kale Salad, kale with avocado, garlic, fresh lemon juice, nutritional yeast, and red pepper flakes, massaged into it. Slice of sourdough rye and a big glass of water.
