DH and I did lunch today. Usually we skip it. Guess it was his idea when he heated and sliced in half one of the burritos we got from Taco Bell onTuesday. Had a handful of (sea) salt and pepper potato chips. I started a Propel grape.

Today's lunch was one of my favorites, we had Red and Greens Potato Salad. Made with steamed cauliflower which is then pureed with fresh lemon juice, and seasoning, boiled red potatoes, steamed kale, and finely chopped onion. Served along with a big glass of Sun tea with lemon.
Yeah boy!
