Tossed some tailless shrimp in lime juice & taco seasoning, once cooked, loaded them into a pita pocket, with some fresh chopped nectarines. Blistered shisito peppers on the side ( my new favorite side)
Lunch is usually our biggest meal of the day now that everyone is home working and studying, but today everyone slept in, so we decided to make brunch instead. Waffles, strawberry topping, whipped creme, scrambled eggs, and bacon filled our mid-day table today. It was delicious!
I intended to make BLT but hubby requested bacon & eggs instead, so that is what I did, plus a load of tomatoes from garden.
