Beef bologna, hot cappy ham, herb salami sandwich, BBQ chips. Will probably slice a cucumber when I get back from my walk.

Home made chicken salad with red grapes, celery, dried cranberries and slivered almonds. it is delicious!!! I've been looking for something different for lunches. Getting tired of green salads, and one of my co workers made a chicken salad last week. it looked soooo good I had to make one for myself. Will probably make another next week since I have left over celery, dried cranberries and the silvered almonds.

I normally don't "do" breakfast or lunch. Mainly out of laziness. Mid-afternoon, I do my one meal of the day. It works for me. But your lunch does sound so lovely and delicious that I am off to chop some chicken. Thanks for sharing.
