My company hosted a catered lunch for us today, which was from a local barbecue restaurant. I had some slices of beef brisket covered with barbecue sauce, 2 barbecued chicken legs, some sauteed/steamed vegetables (carrots, peas and mushrooms) and mashed potatoes. Diet Pepsi to drink.

Giving reign in the kitchen to the men in my household til Sunday has been today already challenging....
Today they made for all of us tuna sandwiches,too much French Mustard in it with carrot pieces...but we ladies ate all and grinned at them ...wonder what dinner will bring

the turkey gods offered up a turkey out on my deck this morning,,,,flew into the side of the house
he was dead and a little stiff from the cold...ive been prepping him,,,,,he's been eating well...will throw him in the slow cooker

for lunch..i will have a peanut butter and fluff sandwich with chocolate milk...
