Just noticed it's been in the freezer for the past 2 months. I don't even know why I bought it.... from Walmart no less. I guess cause it was on sale for $5/LB (Choice grade). It's a little over 2 pounds so kinda thick.

I guess I could make beef jerky with it since I bought a dehydrator? But probably too much work.

I would put it in the slow cooker frozen on a low setting with onions and pepper and let it cook for at least 8 hours.
Then you can have it as a roast, cut into tips, cut into chunks for vegetable beef barley soup or beef stew, shredded for beef and noodles or barbecue, sliced for sandwiches.

I love CSD's ideas, and as Maggie has mentioned, I buy them and grind up for fresh hamburger.

Low heat moist cooking...most have already been mentioned. Not sure that would be the best cut to dehydrate...but it certainly can be cooked into tasty things.

There are dozens of different pot roast recipes to try. The simplest is a diced onion, a quarter cup of red wine, and the roast., in a crock pot for eight hours. Voila.

I would slow cook it and make a pot roast, or cut it up, slow cook it and make stew.
