Every day, typically with some form of vegetarian protein, lots of chopped vegetables, and a sprinkling nuts. Dressings vary, depending on what I have on hand to mix up. This week, it's been tahini-lemon.
I had to vote once in awhile/no pattern. I tend to not binge, really, I guess "focus" would be a better word, on certain types of food for a short while, then I'll get tired of it and not eat it for months. The last time I was in the hospital, I had one every day, and continued it when I came home. That lasted about a month. Since then, I have one now and again but with NO regularity at all.
I go through phases where I eat salad every day, but that's more common in the summer when the veggies are a little bit nicer. Right now I buy a tub of spring mix every two weeks and have salad every day until it's gone. Once the red leaf lettuce and the spinach are back in season, I'll start making my own salad again.
