I think I'd better start buying smaller cartons of eggs. And check the expiration dates! They (food producers) usually give you some leeway but I doubt a whole month for eggs.

The floating eggs might be nothing, although I was poisoned by one before. But an boiled egg with a dead chick inside would surely ruin your day and food.
I loved eggs, too. For me, they were the best vegetarian "meat" ever. But I looked for another way to get the proteins.
