Of those three, I'd choose ham n eggs most days - never corned beef hash. I'd need starch with it - potatoes, pancake, biscuit, toast - one, not all.

I like 'em all~fried spam and eggs 👍👍👍, ham and eggs, steak and eggs is okay but I need to be in the mood for a steak.

- fried Spam (low sodium version, of course!) is the best. They make a "Hot and Spicy" version that is also excellent!

A small secret. Out of a can, roast beef not corn beef. But the best egg breakfast, fried potatoes with onions, chucks of baked ham, and seeded rye toast.
