I reheat in my Presto Pizza Pizzazz. Comes out great in 5-6 minutes-no preheating.

Also works great for cooking frozen pizzas.

I put the pizza on a cookie cooling rack on a cookie sheet in the oven so the heat can get under the pizza and heat just long enough for the cheese to melt again - it guarantees the crust isn't soggy.

I usually eat it cold or room temp.

The rare times I reheat it I put it in the oven at about 400.

I guess I don't understand the concept of "leftover pizza". You buy a pie, you bring it home, you eat it. Why would you have "Leftover"??

If you use the microwave, do not zap at full power, reheat at 5 or 7 for no more than 2 minutes. I do have a toaster oven in the basement, do not want it on the counter as I would hardly use it. Heating in a full oven for a couple of slices does seem a waste of electricity.

Why? Because many pizza's are too large for one or two people. Now, how to reheat? Well I have never found the perfect answer, but we usually put it on the toaster oven pan and heat at about 350 degrees for 5 or 7 minutes. It works pretty well. A few pieces of left over pizza makes a perfect lunch.

I didn't have a microwave/toaster oven for YEARS. Using gas is much cheaper than using electric anyway and the slices come out nice and crispy the way I want them.

I re-heat pizza in my gas oven. Takes about 15 minutes from the time I turn it on. Don't really care for the soggy result that comes from nuking it in the microwave. If I'm in a hurry, I'll eat it cold.

I wish we had gas, but we depend on electric for everything. Well, that is only part true, we do have a propane tank for our fireplace and a few people in older homes use propane for most things. As for reheating things or cooking period we use our toaster oven much more than our range oven.

I either eat it cold, or heat it in the oven. Nuking it in the microwave gets it all soft and weird because as it cools it hardens. Cold pizza is yummy.
