Not crazy about Cilantro. Don't like bean anything either.

Onions and any kind of peppers (chilis, not the spice) unless they are cooked to absolute mush in stuff like stew or chili.

Nope. Not touching 'em.

Wow I love cilantro, and anise is one of my favorite flavors. I'll jump on the entrails bandwagon. If it has tripe, tongue, intestines, anything innards (except chicken gizzards).

Oh, yeah, me too. Can't stand them. Always, always that aftertaste.

Ha! This reminds me of a story from years ago when my nephew was 8 years old. As a precaution, before preparing hamburgers for the grill, I asked him if he liked chopped onions. He said yes, but when we went to eat the burgers, he made a face and said "There's onions in my burger. I can't eat it." It turns out that he liked raw onions ON his burger, but had never seen them IN a burger, and he wasn't going to start eating them that way. So, being a nice auntie, I had to remove the onions IN his burger for him to eat his dinner.

He was otherwise very sweet at the age of 8, and it was worth it to pick out the onions, especially since it gives me such a laugh now.

Tarragon. And any oily, strong odor fish. Game. Other than that, I'll eat anything.
Oh, no organ meats.

I don't blame him. You put raw onions in a burger?
