Now you've got me craving carrots, onions and brussel sprouts! But I also hate using my oven (natural gas) in when it's 95 degrees outside. I've had a craving for grilled asparagus all week, but now you've got me thinking about grilling and I really want some!

Dirt? Or earthy? I've found the smaller beets have a sweeter, less earthy flavor than the big ones...

But I do like that earthy and sweet combo flavor...

All our taste buds differ so much. My husband thinks cilantro tastes like soap! while I love it.

I can't stand cilantro, either; tastes like soap to me. This trait appears to be partly genetic:

I never heard of that one. And never noticed. I'll look for that next time I have artichokes.
