I was just thinking, 'Yeah...beets and carrots and onions, chunked, and whole brussells sprouts, roasted with olive oil and salt...but naaah, don't like running the oven in hot weather.'
Then I thought, 'Hmmm....gas or charcoal grill. Why not?'
Now you've got me craving carrots, onions and brussel sprouts! But I also hate using my oven (natural gas) in when it's 95 degrees outside. I've had a craving for grilled asparagus all week, but now you've got me thinking about grilling and I really want some!
It a,so appears not everyone has the eat-artichokes-then-subsequent-food-tastes-sweet trait.
I never heard of that one. And never noticed. I'll look for that next time I have artichokes.
