Coffee with cream, no sugar. The one time I had an energy drink, Red Bull, it made me spacey. I also don't like the sugar in those things. I also tried Yerba Mate but didn't care for the taste.

Just natural spring water (still), and some lime, always keep me going during a long run or a workout.

Have tried energy drinks but didn't do anything for me other than give me indigestion

What do you guys drink and how well does it help?

Coffee... If I had one of those energy drinks I would be so hyper and would not sleep at night. I am naturally hyper at times LOL and I don't need a drink to help it along.

Green juice or wheatgrass shots - preferably made at home - but I sometimes purchase at Whole Foods or a juice bar.

Coffee with cream and sugar. Or, if I am feeling ambitious, I make a smoothie with almond milk, Maca Root powder, an override banana, and cacao powder. Tastes just like a chocolate shake or a thick chocolate milk.

Nice cool, fresh water. It gives me a real pick-me-up.

I've been making cold brewed coffee at home and that has a real nice kick to it. If you haven't tried it, you should.
I actually plan on buying a moka pot whenever possible and learn to make Cuban coffee just like my mom and grandma do. Now that stuff is a pick me up!
