Most meats are pretty "creepy" when thinking about how they're slaughtered/processed. I'm not vegetarian/vegan, but I can see how someone could become one because they're creeped out by the food processing of meat. Cabeza tacos (cow head), while tasty, are one food that comes to mind. Black pudding is another, which is made from pork blood.
Stuff I eat and love: oysters, tripe, duck or goose blood soup, blood sausage, cockscombs and chicken feet, eggs (when you think where they came from ), Durian, aspic, tendon in my Pho, sweetbreads, eggs & brains for breakfast, escargots, frog legs, horse meat, steak tartare, snakes and eel, fish roe, herring milt...
I can go on and on with food that could give you chills..
Dinuguan - it looks like something that should be bubbling in the three witches' cauldron.
It tastes good tho.
