Shucks, I love waffle fries but I don't live up north anymore. Oh well, thankfully, there's still Chick-Fil-A's waffle fries semi-near where I live.

Very few people eat "clean" 100% of the time...and very few eat crap 100% of the time. If I choose to have something not quite healthy every once in awhile, please just don't watch while I eat it! And I assume you won't sit outside a McD's and berate people since it is so disturbing to you!

Up north? Like Canada? Anyway, never liked waffle fries, I want old fashioned cooked in animal lard crispy french fries, extra large with a lot of salt. And a giant Coke.

I was in the Bay Area last week from the Northeast and noticed McDonald's promoting them. Part of me wanted to try them, but a bigger part of me thought, "I'm in one of the best food regions in the country for five days; do I really want to waste a meal on McDonald's?"

The guy who invented the Big Mac died last month at 98. His wife reported that he ate a Big Mac every week. A lot of the news coverage was to the effect of: "Whoa, he ate a Big Mac every week and lived until 98? Some guys have all the luck!" But come on, everyone can have a single Big Mac once a week, you know?

Well if you'd read my second post (#10) you'd see that I go to McD's on occasion too. I love their fries. Notice I said "us" in my first post? (#4)

I wasn't pointing fingers and I'm not exactly a skinny minnie or a health nut either.

Chill out!

Eat what you want, it's nobody's business but your own. People need to live their own lives and not try to think they have any say on how others choose to live theirs!

They are decent tasting. I prefer their regular fries (more natural tasting). The Gilroy Garlic fries have a slight artificial garlic taste to them. Seems that garlic powder or some garlic flavored additive was used to enhance the flavor.

Still, good to know McDonald's is developing & enhancing their product lines.
