After doing all my own smoked food I can't even eat out for BBQ. It just falls short.

Just got done doing a pork rack and a beef rack over red oak. On top is perfect for a block of sharp cheddar. Don't want to waste that oak smoke.

That's just ridiculous. I have been BBQing for years (and I cater events), and I make my own rubs and sauces. However, I know of several BBQ restaurants that cook BBQ as good or better than mine.

I'm on their site a lot so I will definitely check them out. Thank you for the tip.

That's very true. If I remember correctly I think I paid $12! It definitely needed rye and mustard! Nothing like I was expecting. Oh well.
