going to be a beautiful day here today: mid 70s and sunny. Spoiled brat will light up the fire and we will grill tri tip, and veggie kabobs. With it the usual green salad but will add cottage cheese instead of dressing.

The food was great as usual although there was just too many large shrimp. The next time, we will order ONE entree and some ceviche.

This was our Valentines Dinner as we wanted to avoid the mob on Tuesday.
Haha, file this under, things you don't ever expect to hear...."Just too many large shrimp."

Sounds like my growing up years: We almost always head roast on Sundays, sometimes pork, usually beef until my dad started rabbits; then we had that for dinner. Chicken was our meat during the week. but not often. Mom grew up very poor and always associated chicken with being poor.

Awwwww and a person of your calibre deserves roast beef everyday

Yes a Sunday roast is tradition here which naturally I try to uphold

And after ^^^^ I think it will be back to beef instead of chicken

Thank you for sharing
