What is it about frying up any random stuff with potatoes and onions???
I was able to get the pork shoulder done yesterday so we are having the chicken tonight. With the chicken it is fresh asparagus: Love this season when it is just coming to us from Ca. I am making a carrot and raisin salad as well. Of course spoiled brat will want his carb, so am thinking of baking him a potato.Happy weekend to everyone.
Tonight a mixed garden salad with grilled chicken breast pieces and lemon water. For dessert Moroccan semolina soup with milk,anise seeds and honey and a bit of cinnamon.
We havent had chicken in awhile, so sautéed boneless chicken breasts with a jar of garlic alfredo dumped over, with fettuccine and a salad. Strawberry shortcake.
Friday at last! Tonight we're having crab cakes with a remoulade sauce, a salad with goat cheese, grape tomatoes, arugula and red onions, broiled mushrooms with smoked-oyster stuffing and a bottle or two of Veuve.
