Happy Friday at last everybody! Tonight we are having cioppino, toasted garlic bread, chopped salad and strawberry lemon shortcake for dessert. Husband is making me a pitcher of lemon drop martinis - can't wait for the work day to end.
Burgers and cole slaw tonight. Bought an Apple Berry Pie from a British bakery in town called Pie Society. We had a late lunch though, so I might not even eat anything.
penang curry (red curry with peanut sauce, it comes in a can) with sweet potato, onion, chicken and parsley, stewed for a while add coconut milk, and serve over brown rice!
Yum good on this rainy portland evening...
I had a fencing class during normal din-din time but my darling and gorgeous and multi-talented new bride still made a wonderful baked and breaded talapia and pasta and asparagus dinner and left me a nice big plate. Yum Yum.
