Today is Sam's shopping day so who knows? I am planning on taking out a steak, but realize on big shopping days I usually just fix something we have purchased, so time will tell. I do know I am fixing a veggie combo of asparagus, red bell peppers, onions and carrots. I will top it with a cilantro lime mixture and roast it in the toaster oven for about 10 minutes.

Ham out of the smoker, something of potatoe (maybe cakes), steamed cabbage

The little crumb cakes froze really well I defrosted them sitting on two chop sticks to avoid soggy bottoms.
