Good morning everyone and thank you for your kind words

I am feeling better and can cook again . Tonight chicken soup with rice and carrots. For dessert honeydew melon whoever wants.
Myself just clear chicken broth and a cup of Chamomile tea.

We had beef ravioli with marinara, over spinach, and topped with mozzarella. Chocolate cake.

I am glad to hear that you are feeling better Alm.

Small pork loin roast. Probably thick chops off the grill, risotto, smothered onions, lots of salad.

Hubby mentioned fajitas yesterday, so I guess I'll marinate a skirt steak to make them tonight, with the usual veggies, and some form of rice and beans.

Tonight I am making cheeseburger sliders and serving them on Martin's potato dinner rolls. I will also be trying out broccoli tots. I hope they are good but I am a little sceptical. For the burgers or dipping for the tots I'll make a boom boom sauce. Boom Boom Sauce

Well it is count down time before we leave and still trying to clean out fridge: we will have mussels over pasta I think and a green salad with snow peas and bok choy as well as lettuce and tomatoes and onions.

I should be cooking on a Tuesday, but I have that leftover corned beef to use up...

So I'll offer hubby a reuben, but I'll just have my corned beef on soft rye with mustard.

Green salad too.
