Last night's Jamaican style curried chicken over rice. This is my plate with a thigh. It was actually very tasty. I left the scotch bonnet in the recipe and both my boys loved it.
Tonight's dinner will be farfalle pasta and sausage in a cream/tomato sauce.

Pro loin with stoneground mustard off the rotisserie, grilled asparagus and tomatoes (I love the little Campari kind on a skewer), green salad, home made rice a roni or risotto with tiny green onions (need to thin out a pot).
Bacon, Scrambled Eggs (half with melted American Cheese Slices on top), plus Sliced Onions & Sliced Mushrooms sauteed in Butter), also Simply Orange Juice.

last night we went out for Japanese food with my SIL and BIL. We had fried soft shell crab, fried calamari, chicken with lettuce leaf wraps as appetizers to share. I had a tuna roll, salmon roll, and cucumber roll. MY DH and BIL had sushi/sashimi combo plate, My SIL had a bento box. She only eats the California roll. She won't eat raw fish. It was a place that DH and I have never been to and we would go back.
oops. chorizo is frozen hard as a rock. Instead, it will be a chicken apple kielbasa with cabbage in a mustard dill cream sauce.
