A whole turkey was 59 cents a pound and I couldn't resist since I didn't have turkey for Thanksgiving or Christmas. So it will be turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy. A sweet potato and green beans for me and hubby will have his usual corn. Oh and some cranberry sauce. Can't wait for leftovers...and it isn't even in the oven yet, lol.

if you have room buy more,,,,,they are taking a loss and its one of the cheapest good proteins you can buy
I bought 10 turkeys around thanksgiving and put most of them in the freezer they were 49 and 59lb
they cost the stores double for what they sold them for
I am grilling chicken thighs for DH and a chicken burger for me that is stuffed with spinach and feta. On the side is cauliflower, carrots and broccoli with garlic and oil and left over spaghetti squash. I hear tomorrow might hit 70 in NY.
