Tonight for me it was frozen pizza ... I usually don't like it much, but a few months ago I "discovered" DiGiorno's pizzeria thin-crust pepperoni pizza, and I really liked it (actually, I find it better than some chain pizzerias, and it's typically cheaper too) ...
I added mushrooms and onions, just 'cause I love them both! It was VERY good, and I have lots left for tomorrow.
Holllllay mama, success!! Think I've discovered a new staple dish!
Also made coconut milk thai iced tea and taro banana pancakes for dessert!
sounds delicious, I love thai food. did you make the pad thai from scratch?
I made stirfry and homemade gf scones, which tasted great but didn't work well being made gf. They didn't rise and butter melted off the pan onto the bottom of stove. it used to be a perfect recipe when using regular flour.
Just had dinner at Kenny Rogers at our nearby Ayala Mall here in the Philipplnes.
I had the rib slab and roast chicken with side dish of mac & cheese and cole slaw.
tonight is going to be pork chops with mustard mushroom cream sauce, and broccoli with lemon butter. So happy to find broccoli with the stems still on at the store -- the stems are the best part! The produce manager told me that it's hard to get the bunched broccoli anymore; just crowns.
I have a bridge luncheon today: last with this group until fall, so will probably be gone the entire afternoon. I took out some spaghetti from the freezer, will heat it when I get home and make a green salad. I will even do Italian bread for spoiled brat, but I doubt I will eat any. I will be too full from lunch.
