I made two casseroles of Charlie Gibson's Enchilada Casserole. It has been a favorite of my family for years. My son could eat Mexican every meal for his whole visits and in fact he has done just that. There are no Mexican restaurants in Kazakhstan!

Chicken fried steak and gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, iced tea and chocolate cream pie. (I'm on vacation so I'm overindulging a bit).

I had the worst BBQ pork sandwich I've ever eaten (well, except for the one where the pork was spoiled). It was fatty, flavorless, and didn't even have any smoke flavor. This particular place is usually good, but they dropped the ball today.

Just had garlic buttered peeled shrimp for dinner. No one likes peeling shrimp with their fingers!

Pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon off the grill, Safran risotto, big green salad, grilled mini tomatoes (skewer makes it easy). Maybe split one of the cinnamon rolls I made yesterday.
