Now see, I'd go for the green beans. I LOVE green beans prepared like that! I don't use the Serrano or thyme, I just make a "wilted lettuce" type of dressing with the bacon drippings, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. But DAYUM those are good green beans!

Well as you very well know with me it's usually a clear case of either having something healthy or something nice ..... And you know which way I tend to go
took a container of spaghetti sauce out of the freezer and will stick it in the small slow cooker. I am sure there are meat balls or sausage already in it, but if not, I will add them. I love to see spoiled brats face when he sees I fixed him spaghet. It is his favorite.
Chicken and rice for the roomie and for myself I have 2 gallons of pea soup in the makings..
Even though it's in the upper 90's it's great to make and freeze for lunches and future dinners..
