I smoked a wild caught Sockeye fillet. Used apple wood with just a sprig of Mountain Mahogany greens. Alongside will be smokey sharp cheddar cheese, hard crust sour dough bread a spiced olive oil/butter dip and a jar of home made pickled vegetables that a friend made. Probably a glass of almond milk to wash it down. Fairly simple but satisfying fare. And I have smoked salmon to snack on for a while.

We went out tonight for a casual dinner at the Charcoal Pit. DH had the enormous Kennett Square burger (with local mushrooms & Swiss cheese), and I had a BLT. For dessert, we shared a chocolate malt.
