Tonight I am making murgh makhani (butter chicken!) over basmati rice. I'll make a cucumber-cilantro raita to go with.

I'm making shredded beef in the crock pot - a bargain today at $3.50. 😀

I will fry up corn tortillas and have sides of chopped onion, radish, lime wedges, salsa, chopped tomato, lettuce, and grated cheese.

No actual side dish necessary!

I just made a hot dog baked bean casserole, served with bread, and we had Rhubarb Cream Cheese Torte for dessert.
