We stopped by this roast beef place for take out tonight

Tonight we are having Salmon grilled topped with a peach salsa a friend gave us: mashed cauliflower and sauteed squash. I have to get rid of all the squash I have in the fridge or throw it out.

Tonight will be shredded chicken tacos with homemade guacamole. The husband makes crazy good guacamole. Since corn is now 10 for $1.99 we are having it with this and many more meals in the near future.
