What's For Dinner Tonight -- 2017 (brandy, mushrooms, pizza, coffee)

We stopped by this roast beef place for take out tonight
New England Roast Beef I ordered an Italian sub. My husband just shook his head at me.

Peppercorn baked Salmon with steamed mixed veggies
Some grapes
Snapple mango iced tea ( never seem to finish these in one sitting )

Dessert: couple scoops of vanilla caramel gelato

Pork camitas soft tacos. Drank a Tecate beer. Raspberries on a scoop of vanilla ice cream for dessert.

My kitchen space was limited as my wife was making up some prickly pear jelly.

Tonight we are having Salmon grilled topped with a peach salsa a friend gave us: mashed cauliflower and sauteed squash. I have to get rid of all the squash I have in the fridge or throw it out.

Tonight will be shredded chicken tacos with homemade guacamole. The husband makes crazy good guacamole. Since corn is now 10 for $1.99 we are having it with this and many more meals in the near future.

We ended up going out for dinner last night, so we'll be having the grilled portabella and buddha bowl tonight.
