I just wanted to wish you & your husband a happy anniversary, Nita, & many more!

Thanks everyone for the well wishes. We had a fantastic dinner, well work the money we spent. now, tonight is back to reality. I just put a chicken in the crock pot. We will have chicken and noodles with lots of veggies in the dish, including jalapeno. We haven't had fruit salad this week so if my cantaloupe is ripe enough we will have fruit salad as well.

It might be a nice little roast chicken with herbs, stuffing and cranberry, of course.

I thought I was late but I am not!! Happy 59th! Congrats!

I am making lamb stuffed grape leaves and tzatziki. I serve them on a platter with Syrian bread, kalamatas, feta and lemon slices.

Have a wonderful Friday!

love the Salmon, love the red wine, but with the fish I think I would go with White wine. Reminds me, last night at dinner, we were still at the bar when we decided to order wine for dinner. Neither of us had any idea what we would have for dinner, but the wine special hour was ending and we wanted to take advantage of cheap. Spoiled brat, who almost always orders red, decided on white and I will drink either, but decided on red. What did we have for dinner? I had the fish, he had the steak. ednty holpsine sr
