Good morning everyone
Looks like summer has returned for a couple of days.
Thinking to make tonight grilled salmon flavored with Italian herbs and a lemon white wine sauce. Served with asparagus and oven roasted little potatoes. To drink sour lemon/lime water. For dessert orange sherbet.
Tonight we're having oven barbequed chicken quarters, jalapeno-mac & cheese (Gouda, Fontina, white cheddar, brie), and roasted asparagus. I'm sure there must be an easy one or two-word name for this smoothie, but I'm making coconut/pineapple/banana and rum smoothies which will do double duty for cocktails and our dessert.
Nothing but what I forage in the fridge, DH works late tonight.

Tonight is bratwurst with a wedge salad. I'm also cooking Chicken Tagine for tomorrow's supper, and I'm roasting Char Siu Pork for Wednesday's supper (Udon). Tonight is a bit of a cooking night.
We really liked the Harvest Salad that I made yesterday, so I made another one, also with pumpkin maple dressing. It was a hit!
To accompany it, I made a blender cream of fennel, carrot, and potato soup. It's so creamy that it tastes fastening but it is really very healthy. Serving with a crusty loaf of bread.
