There's some turkey meatball mix left from last night, so I think I'll make it into a burger or two.

Honestly no idea yet on tonites dinner

Might be Teriyaki take out ?

Most likely will be a large dinner salad I throw together as I know I have a single piece of leftover king salmon in the fridge and when cold its a great add to some baby spinach and romaine lettuce as a salad.

Tonight it is a ham casserole. It was so darn hard finding a recipe without canned soup. I finally managed to find two. I am going to blend the recipes to fit our tastes. I am making a salad to go with the casserole.

I think we are in sandwich mode this week. Tonight we are having ham and brie grilled cheese sandwiches on toasted rye with carmelized onion and apple butter, and a tomato/cucumber/avocado salad. I'm trying a recipe for caramel pear upside down cake for the first time, so hopefully, it will taste good.

I think we'll have cheese manicotti with Mid's Meat Sauce. Either green beans or a salad.

Mmmm some great meals out there for the vicarious eater.

Last night we polished off my lasagna (and good riddance, being the third day of it) and tonight is a late school night. DH can have the leftover pot roast and I will probably grab a frozen burrito when I get home, and maybe cut up that pineapple I have on the counter.

Good meal coming tomorrow.
