I am busy preparing for my upcoming Canadian Thanksgiving weekend and the kitchen smells after home baked bread,buns,soft Pretzels,cranberry chutney,Gingersnaps.
Tonight leftover kidney bean soup with garlic naan,yogurt and lassi to drink. For dessert Bartlett pear slices.
Tonight's dinner will be crisply fried pork chops; macaroni and cheese; asparagus spears with butter, grated Parmesan & garlic; and the rest of the apple caramel cupcakes for dessert.
Can of oil tuna. I'm so low energy lately, with a constant headache, just the sound of opening the tuna can almost set me into having a fit on the floor. Hopefully, next week will be better.
