I have spaghetti sauce with meatballs in the crockpot, but two of us are sick, so it will be broth and crackers. The other two can have sauce/meatballs/bread. The healthy people are the kids and they don't care if they get noodles or not!

DH noped on the chorizo last night, so we had something else, but I got to make a chorizo scramble for tonight's dinner. It was chorizo, onion, yellow bell pepper, eggs, and Mexican blend cheese. Served topped with fresh salsa, but we are out of sour cream (Boo!!).

Now I have to get my wool in a herd, and get ready for spinning group.

finished off the snapper last night, served it with a new side of cauliflower with bacon, apples, onions and capers. Delicious! Keeping this recipe in the rotation.
