Grilled rib eye, left over turnips, and probably some of the madras lentils I made, they are delicious! I was addicted to the ones you buy at Costco, but these are better!!

Big holiday luncheon today. Gotta be a salad for supper. Getting fat with holiday fare!

Husband will get a Marie Callendar chicken pot pie — the bigger size.

I am officially pescatarian now and this move is for health reasons. It's just an experiment for now to see how my body does and I may or may not stick with it. I probably won't eat fish every day, more likely once or twice per week to start out with so I don't overwhelm my stomach. I felt full for hours on this in the same way I felt full when I first reintroduced yogurt. I had the same queasiness then too but it went away after a week or so.

I also had garlic toast and cashew milk with my salad.

Thanks for sharing, I think it's smart that your giving in to eating small amounts of dairy/fish. Sometimes I think our bodies know exactly what it needs. Some days I crave meat and others lots of veggie I just listen to it.

Tonight such an easy-quick dinner. Fried egg sandwich, aged Havarti and couple mandarin oranges.
