Tonight's dinner:

Leaf lettuce with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing (greens picked this AM)
Roasted chicken soup with rice
Sauteed yellow squash
Thai banana custard


It is great when you can make 10-12 servings of soup out of one old chicken breast. My neighbors are eating good night

Well yeah! The husband came home from working in New Jersey! He made one of his specialitys tonight. Fish tacos with fried cod, cabbage and a spicy yogurt sauce. I love mine smothered in sauce with a Magic Hat #9.

found frozen jumbo shrimp in freezer! Thawing them now and will saute in butter, garlic, pepper, with green beans ...
