I had a piece of Ezekial toast with butter for breakfast...w/decaf tea

Lunch was an apple with a slice of Irish Cheddar cheese

Dinner was the remnants of an English Roast that I baked in a dutch oven for four hours with onion and celery w/ wine and garlic, then added some tomato sauce and uncooked cabbage and carrot. Finished with a salad. No dessert.

Belly blown up like a balloon because of all the lettuce and cabbage LOL. But good anyway. Had another cup of tea.

I had two fried eggs and two slices of Canadian bacon for breakfast. Lunch was processed crap, didn't have time to prepare food. But dessert was Greek yogurt with black cherry, So ended on a higher note. Had some Swiss cheese for dinner, nice and healthy!

Home made beef vegetable soup, half of a banana, and half of an orange.

Any errors?

Mandarin orange and a banana. Most everything else I have eaten was junk like pizza, chocolates, coffee and cream and part of a Dr. Pepper. I will try to do better tomorrow. We have been on the run all day and grabbing what we could as fast as we could.
