I had a protein shake this morning and asparagus for dinner. About as healthy as I can get this time of year.

Ice cream sandwich. Seriously, that's the healthiest thing that I ate today. Well, there was some spinach on my pizza. But it was still pizza.

After dinner last night I ate three oranges and a bunch of carrots and today I regret it lol...I should have spaced it out rather than eating them all at once.

Today I had a luna bar, which is guess is OK. The package said "25% less sugar" so I was worried it would have aspartame or sucralose or one of the 'itol's. Surprisingly it did not! I am happy about that.

Today, I tried to cook soup puree with carrot & sweet potato. It was really tasty.

The first time I used my juicer I made a 32 ounce serving of beets, carrots, celery, and apples. My intestines put on quite a concert a few hours later.

Good things: half a banana, 1/4 of a large apple, cucumber slices, and a few cold shrimp.
