Favorite breakfast- Hot cocoa and buttery toast! Or Lumpy Cream of Wheat. Yup Little did I know that my aunt was not a great cook, there was always lumps in it, But I adored her...so Lumpy Cream of Wheat is a go to when I need Comfort.

My Favorite dinner was Lima Beans and Roast Beef and gravy! My Grandma made the best Sunday Dinners!!

Meatballs in brown gravy with boiled potatoes, mashed peas, and lingonberry sauce.

Basically the Norwegian equivalent to meatloaf, peas, and potatoes. :-)

Let's see for breakfast either Cream of Wheat or Malt-o-Meal. I forget which I preferred. I also loved grits with bananas. Still love them but with cheese.

breakfast: shake and pour blueberry pancakes w/ log cabin or canned cinnamon rolls
Lunch: fried bologna sandwiches w/ chips and dip
Dinner: Either homemade spaghetti or homemade fried chicken, creamed corn and mashed potatoes.

( I don't buy most of the processed foods I grew up with)
