I like all of them, but I couldn't vote because there are too many variables. It e had very bad versions of all.
A turkey club? Awesome.
A well made BLT? super.
A ham and cheese? Yes.
It's got to be a BLT. Such a fine contrast of flavors, textures and colors. And please make it on a couple of slices of really good bread, not sliced too thinly.
At our house we up the ante and make BLOATs. Bacon, lettuce, onion, avocado, tomato. The only thing I don't like about them is how difficult they are to eat.

I'm not sure about the onion but I find avocado a nice addition.
Put some turkey on the BLT and it will be better. A local restaurant serves a Turkey Bacon Club with steak fries and a bowl of soup. I wish I had one now.
Turkey if it is real roast turkey. BLT never had that. I have digestive issues so ham and bacon is very seldom eaten just tiny sliver for taste.
