Yes, I eat all the frosting especially if it's cream cheese frosting. We take turns bringing treats to work and the more frosting/icing/glaze that's on the various treats the better people like them.

To me, it's just a piece of cake so I use a fork. I ate one this morning!

Frosting is my weakness in life. Not whipped cream frosting, not grocery store frosting that tastes like wax, but rich buttercream or sugary fluffy bakery frosting that has sat long enough to be kind of lightly sugary crunchy on the outside. I get cupcakes to eat the frosting off. Love attending weddings anticipating the reception and that glorious wedding cake. I hit pay dirt if I get a slice with lots of frosting. Nothing beats wedding cake frosting!

I find MOST American desserts unbearably sweet; I actually seek out "European" or imported cookies and cakes for just that reason; on average, about half the sugar. But different strokes!

Hawaiian rolls. How could I forget Hawaiian rolls?

Someone brought home a package yesterday. Three vanished into thin air. Just. Like. That.

Caramel Salty Truffle Blizzardy thing at DQ.

Sour cream and onion potato chips.

Hummus - by the cup, not the tablespoon.

Canned asparagus - I can eat that stuff cold and straight out of the can. What is wrong with me?

Brownies - I won't even make them unless I have someplace to take them, because if I keep them in the house I end up justifying eating one for breakfast, one for lunch, one for a snack, one after dinner, one at midnight - it's pathetic.

I have been known to gain seven pounds in five days in New Orleans by the way. Don't even get me started on beignets or eggs benedict with chicory coffee, or po boys, or chocolate shakes from the Camellia Grill!

That being said, the one thing I will indulge in that might sound absolutely terrible to some is Cream of Mushroom soup... from the can.
Dump the can in a bowl, stir in some fresh mushrooms and black pepper, and we're good to go. I could live off of that stuff, were it not a sodium bomb.

What are some of yours?
Grape now and laters and tootsie rolls. Used to hide these in my room as a kid, lol.

I'm honestly not a huge fan of overly sweet foods. Krispy Kreme is a good example of something that I find way too sweet.

I love croissants, pain au chocolat, crisps (potato chips in America) with a sour cream and chive dip, fried chicken, crispy fries.. yum yum yum.
