I love roasted caulifower with a twist: tossed in olive oil and sprinkled with cumin seeds, roasted, then topped with tahini & lemon juice.

No one has mentioned one of my favorites, Frosted Cauliflower. Microwave for 7 minutes. Spread with a mixture of Mayo and Dijon mustard. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar. Cover and let sit for a few minutes until the cheese melts.

Taste it raw. If its delish raw.....Cut it up into florets, narrowly slice the larger stems, and steam it for 20 minutes or boil it for 10. Sometimes, sprinkle on some Mrs Dash (for "perkiness"), but always a little salt, some pepper, and a bit o' butter. Delicious. Cauliflower for cauliflower's sake. Needs nothing more.

Stick it in somebody's ear. Would have to look better than the UFC's version of a cauliflower ear:

We don't like to turn the oven on often, it's too hot. So we steam cauliflower and top it with this fabulous microwave hollandaise recipe. Also great on asparagus and poached eggs, of course. We even use it for pizza sauce....(then when you have enough whites, make angel food cake!)

Cauliflower tabouleh. Make a recipe for tabouleh and substitute raw chopped cauliflower for the grains.
