I think gravy made with bacon grease is way better than sausage gravy.

Ya gotta love gravy. I grew up on meat and taters. The variety in our diet was the different gravies Mom made. My favorite was the gravy she made from her fried chicken drippings. Dad made a great gravy using bacon fat, coffee and hot sauce. I wish I had their recipes but they kept it a secret.
