Which restaurant do you like better between these two and why? I've never been to Logan's and I absolutely love Texas Roadhouse.

I'm only familiar with Texas Roadhouse via firsthand experience, but my understanding is that they're not really the same type of restaurant. Is this not the case?

Roadhouse has much better bread (the cinnamon butter is awesome); their side salads are much better, too...croutons from same bread, bacon bits, cheese, diced tomatoes, and egg.

Logan's salads are lacking, in comparison. Their bread is good, but only has regular butter.

While you can say they both serve steaks, Texas Roadhouse's taste much better to me.

I found that they both are pretty good from the limited times I have tried each one. Logan's does have better "early bird specials" than Texas Roadhouse.

Never heard of Logan's.

Bread/butter at TR is awesome.

I eaten at both and don't recall which was which. So I think they must be pretty similar.

We don't have a Logan's Roadhouse in the area so I've never had them. Texas Roadhouse is good though!

Texas Roadhouse all the way! We have both Logan's and TR in our town and Logan's is DISGUSTING- we didn't even get past the bread (ewww) before we walked out because of several different reasons. TR is always fresh, delicious and consistent.
