I really can't understand this. I've gone to Subway occasionally for probably fifteen years, maybe twenty, whenever they opened one in my town. It's not great eating, but I haven't noticed any change in the taste or quality in that whole time.
After trashing Subway in lieu of real delis earlier in the thread, I found myself in an Amtrak station today after a four-hour drive with my only food choices Subway and Dunkin Donuts. Got a half of a tuna sub. Was OK. Was food.
