What's for Dinner? 2018 Edition (freezer, pizza, breakfast, avocado)

Pot roast for Monday is in the crock pot. Lots of onions, garlic, celery, carrots, jalapeños smothered in olive oil and a bit of bacon and a spoon of tomatoe paste, 3 1/2 pounds of beef and two bottles of Guiness Draft. Paprika, bayberry, bay leaf, clove in a spice bag with a long string - nothing like mistaking it for a piece of meat

I will add almost done pre boiled potatoe quarters later.
Off to Bolognese.
Sometimes I have the feeling it sounds like I live in the kitchen but it is relaxing, fun and sometimes I get a compliment.

Shredded chicken enchiladas, warm flour tortillas, refried beans, Mexican rice and flan.

Baked cod with lemon garlic butter. Baby spinach salad. Potatoes and Leeks au gratin.

There's ice cream if anyone wants it. I'm having pink grapefruit.
