Last night we had grilled kielbasa and a salad.

For tonight I am defrosting a bag of pulled pig. We are using that to make tacos. My husband made a batch of salsa yesterday. Beside the salsa we have avocado and sour cream to serve with it.

I made a batch of Asian meatballs a couple of days ago in the Crock pot, so we are having some over plain white rice. We are also going to have green salad and asparagus I think.
Last night our smoked ribs ended up being fixed in the oven. Our smoker would not heat up; only got to 100 degrees. Oh God, I hope it isn't shot!!!!

[quote=mr.magoo;51140038]got some nice veal cutlets from the butcher
at the Trenton Farmers Mkt. yesterday.

mr.magoo, I have not had veal cutlets in ages. I'll bet they were delicious!

Tonight we are having char siu pork with rice noodles and bamboo shoots, steamed broccoli in lemon and soy sauce, and blackberry cobbler for dessert.

Yes, Praline
I have to say the cutlets were devine...very tender and tasty.

Blackberry cobbler?
OMG, my fave in the summer! there is a thicket of Wild Blackberry bushes where I fish across the street from my house..I usually bring a small pail and fill it up between fish bites.

Hubby made a ton of West African chicken yesterday (not complaining ), so we'll be having more of that. I may cook some Indian spiced cabbage to go along with it.
