I went out to my favorite diner for breakfast yesterday. It was excellent but way too much food. I had the leftovers for dinner. Here is my dinner of leftover big mac omelette with home fries and English muffin. My Blitzen is supervising. I'm not a fan of begging dogs but he is 14 and I feel it's time to spoil him rotten!
Tonight's dinner will be ground chicken tacos.
Blitzen is definitely working 'the look' *, wot a sweetheart ( and dashing Rogue) he be.

We went junky tonight and had empanadas and plantain chips with pork belly and a great big salad with caramelized peppers and onions on top of sweated greens. Tomorrow we will be working the stairmaster big time
