I made the Pioneer woman's Paprika beef stew. It's my favorite stew recipe. My one daughter is sick and she said that the stew really hit the spot tonight. I served it with buttermilk bread with butter. I'm already excited about eating the leftovers tomorrow for lunch.
Did not know until Saturday that Publix has fresh meals they make in the fresh seafood counter. Had tilapia with Mediterranean sauce, feta cheese, kalamata olives, and couscous. Baked in the oven bag for 15 minutes.
Tonight red kidney beans/rajma,cilantro chapatis or basmati rice,homemade yogurt,lassi to drink,onion,tomato,mini cucumber slices.
For dessert orange and grapefruit slices.
SO requested his favorite - ribeye, spaghetti alio I olio I pepperocini, big green salad, lots of Parmesan for me instead of meat. Will he ever get tired of that?
Tonight we are having chicken, but I have no idea how: probably just grilled or maybe a few pieces roasted. Along with chicken will be a variety of veggies, mainly green beans and cottage cheese with fresh fruit. I may mash some potatoes as well: spoiled brat loves mash potatoes but don't know what I would do without the gravy? Guess I guess just butter will work for him.
Had Chinese take out last night so I am eating what left of the brown rice ad cashew chicken for my dinner tonight. DH will have the chicken thighs that I was planning to make last night.
Mystery meat - looked like Chicken in the freezer, then steak but ended up being a pork chop
